These terms govern your use of the eucade.eu website. They do not constitute the terms of any service engagement with Eucade; paid services are subject to a separate Service Agreement signed by both parties.
1. About Eucade
Eucade is the trading name of Gerben Bijmholt, operating as a Dutch sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak). Eucade prepares EU cascade funding applications for European SMEs.
2. No legal or financial advice
The content of eucade.eu is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or grant-eligibility advice. EU funding programmes, evaluation criteria, and award rates change frequently. We recommend consulting the official European Commission Funding & Tenders Portal for authoritative information on specific calls.
3. No guarantee of grant award
Eucade prepares applications to a high professional standard, but EU cascade funding awards are competitive and decided by independent evaluators. No representation is made regarding likelihood of award. Setup Fees are non-refundable; success fees apply only when a grant is actually awarded.
4. Intake submissions
Submitting an intake form does not create a contractual relationship. We will review submissions and respond within a reasonable timeframe. We reserve the right to decline engagements that fall outside our scope of practice.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website, text, layout, graphics, and code, is owned by Eucade or licensed to Eucade. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. Eucade does not control and is not responsible for the content of third-party sites.
7. Limitation of liability
